When YouTube shorts provide a short, clicking on the the channels creator should fast-track the watcher to the timestamp of the creaters short - so that the watcher can continue to follow the related shorts, rather than being redirected to the creators most recent shorts reel which resets the user experience. Content and viewer satisfaction would be better satisfied and generate additional time on their device.

I have been adding subtitles to my uploaded song videos for over a year now, and all of a sudden, two weeks ago Youtube seems to have switched them off. I sent feed back relating the problem and lo and behold I didn't get answer and so it continues. I uploaded two videos toady and added subtitles and at the production stage, all good. It shows the subtitles. Then, once it is finalised and shared, the subtitles disappear and when I check the settings on the video it says switched off, so I have to switch it on every single time now. I didn't turn it off, they did and still do. Also when I try to view a video, even my own without logging in, often it says to log in as they aren't convinced I'm over 18. Well thanks for that Youtube, Not had that compliment for many years. I'm actually 74 and been on Youtube since 2011, so what age do they think I was back then. Idiots with stupid algorhythms. How thick can you get. Each day they break new ground of stupidity.

YouTube went mental, adding advert ever couple of seconds, so so so so annoying, I'm not going to open the platform any more and detected the app, I think I can be peaceful again,
