17 years i was on fb, from the day of "original poster" is something. And they banjed me for no reason. I cant use messenger to contact friends, i cant explain why ive vanished, i lost my groups, my business page. Everything. Its happened to a lot of people. A few months ago i had to varify myself, they said i was ok and my comments were fine. Now suddenly theyre not. I depended on fb for friends, local businesses and events. Now i feel isolated. As a disabled person, its hard to meet people generally. Now its gone

I got wrongly banned for the marketplace. Their detection and ban algo is deficient, and they are not willing to recognize it. Even after paying their stupid meta verified subscription to access a "real" customer service, they hide behind their stupid "rules" and do nothing. This company brings nothing to society, they deserve to be bankrupt.

I've been trying to regain admin access to my company's Facebook Page (Blue Oak Consulting) for over a month, and Meta's support has been a dead end. The core issue: my Business Portfolio (ID ending in 830198) and its Page are orphaned - no active admin - even though I have IRS EIN documentation proving I own the business. Page ID ending in 802863 and Profile ID ending in 321963 are actually the same technical asset, but this ID mismatch caused my dispute case (ending in 389691) to be incorrectly declined as a "third-party" dispute. I'm not a third party - I'm already the verified admin of the Ad Account (ending in 724462) that's directly connected to this same Page ID. I've submitted my ownership documents. I've filed a BBB complaint. Nothing. Meta's AI support loop keeps recycling the same generic responses without ever addressing the actual ID discrepancy that's blocking resolution. For a company that runs so much of small business marketing infrastructure, there's no path to a human who can look at a specific case number and fix a data mismatch. If anyone from Meta's support team sees this: case ending in 389691, Business Portfolio ending in 830198, EIN docs already on file.

you are treated as a criminal if you make a mistake; your account is blocked forever (even murderers get to come out of jail), leaving you to battle with a pointles AI assistant that is stuck in a loop and can't even connect you to a human operator
