This position is the textbook definition of “paid nothing to do everything,” and you will be expected to perform miracles with no training, no support, and absolutely no respect. You are thrown into an overwhelming workload with zero guidance, then blamed for not magically knowing things no one ever taught you. They want you afraid. They want you to obey without question. They dictate how you work, how you speak, how you move — like a puppet with their hand up your back, controlling every word and action. This job will drain your happiness, destroy your mental health, and push you into panic attacks and emotional distress. When you open up to your manager about how badly you are struggling, they will ignore you & everything you said entirely — no acknowledgment, no response, no concern. They will then turn it around on you and even laugh about it to your face. If you have a documented disability with medically approved accommodations, they will still write you up for following those accommodations — repeatedly — hoping they can fire you over it. You will be falsely accused of things you didn’t do, and when you ask management to check cameras or verify facts, they refuse. They don’t investigate. They don’t listen. They don’t care. You will be harassed endlessly. You will be retaliated against. You will be mistreated. You will be falsely accused. The conduct from management and HR is disgusting, unprofessional, degrading, and demoralizing. They want you to fail so they can fabricate lies, fire you, and silence you before you expose their true colors. Warn anyone you know trying to apply for this position is this toxic workplace.

This Company is worse than Keystone Cops and treats it's staff like crap. My Child is an Apprentice with them and has been there for a year. During this time has been subjected to bullying and coercive behaviour from someone who is old enough to know better but he does nothing but complain. He obviously feels threatened even though he is close to retirement. I've had to witness my child burst into tears due to this moron's behaviour. Now my child is being signed off due to a breakdown as they already suffer from mental health issues. I know how I'd like to deal with this 🔔 🔚 personally but a Grievance will be going in and CBRE reported to the Government Ombudsman who will hopefully withdraw funding from this bunch of uncaring idiots so they can never put another apprentice through this again. Avoid at All costs.
